I will share my experience with you.
I have had leaky gut undiagnosed for some time. I developed unexplained internal shaking/ buzzing all I could do was sleep it off. sometimes this would work other times not.
I had been & was going through extreme stress. I had adrenal fatigue. If I wasn't in bed by 9:30-10:00 the shakes would come, sometimes earlier. At around this time if you don't listen to your body & go to bed cortisol ( fight or flight ) hormone kicks in giving you a shaky feeling. In the morning you wake up & get up. Many hit snooze each time  you hit snooze your stress hormone cortisol rises. This can give you the shakes. Waking too early also. ALSO- 5 years ago I was put on a Progesterone trochees these inner shakes disappeared & I felt great! Fast forward 5 years & wanting to start a family my specialised asked me to go off progest cold turkey that was 3 months ago & the horrible shakes are back:( I'm not in any kind if stressful environment thankfully that's past.  ... Cortisol( stress hormone) can rise then cancels out progesterone  production lowering your readings ....About to start Clomid. specialist hopes this will sort things out. I hope so!!! Best of health to you all :)! ( this is not medical information it's my experience & what I have learnt)

Get your thyroid and adrenals tested,
Both of these illnesses, can also go alongside candida.
Good luck
