So why the antibiotics? Were they prescribed before the blood culture test?
Sometimes they are prescribed for their possible placebo effect.
In some countries, like in Germany it is legal to prescribe placebo pills, naturally, w/o the patients knowledge.
In order to detect a virus in infected cells or tissues, immunostaining can be carried out by a lab, however, this is mainly at the research level and more serious medical cases.
It is very likely that this will resolve on its own soon.

No bacterial infection present in blood culture test. My cbc report was normal. Wbc was 3. Even then my immune system would have been weaken?
Doctors said there are sometimes where they cannot find cause of fever and it goes away on its own.
Was it verified by a culture test if it was indeed a bacterial infection?
Your low grade fever, may have to do with an underlying viral infection, which cannot be treated with drugs-antibiotics do not do have any effectiveness against viral infections anyway- once it replicates, and this would be consistent with your timeline. Only your immune system can eradicate it, provided it is not seriously weakened.
From the details in your post, I read nothing which points to autoimmune.
There has to be more, for your doctor to order ANA and RA tests.
Please supply further details if available.
Best wishes,
Niko
