lack of motivation,aches.............

I am still in a question mode and stuck,trying to figure out whats going on with me!I first was diagnois with "Myofascial" what ever that means.My blood was taken so many times to double check on my autoimmune and both came out positive,my seg rate is some how not right.I am just confused on my energy,my pain,when I walk a fast pace,I itch bad where it bothers me and no one seems to understand me,they think that my blood is circulating while I am exercising or speed walking.This depresses me BIG TIMES! because I don't know whats happening with me.I have to take a zyrtec to stop me from the itching.This itching has been going on forever and I don't have allergies,except PCN.I don't know,I am confused.I want to exercise move my body the way I see fit,but this itching and the pain I carry stops me."Lyrica" has caused me to gain weight and it has not helped me to reduce the pain I have. I am 46 years old and I once could run,move my body and was fit as an athlete and believe I can be that way,but this itching stops me,this pain stops me.What is this I carry? I need an answer.No one believes what I carry and feel. Thank you for listening.

I'll see if I can help you.  I do have a few questions.  What test was done to check on your autoimmune and what were their levels.  Any information is very helpful.  

It seemed like the ithching is the most bothersome symptom of all...is that correct?  Or is it the pain, fatigue.  There are several things that could cause itching.  MedHelp has something called Symptom Checker.  If you scroll down, it is usually on the right hand side.  Just type in the symptom, later you can add other symptoms to narrow down the possiblities.  Let me know if you can't find it.
