levothyroxine and weight gain

Ive gained 20 lbs for no reason. Up on being dx with hashimoto's. Dr put me on 125mcg of levo. Within a month. Ive lost all gained weight and started feeling normal. And, about 4 months later. Ive started gaining wt with same symptoms i had before being dx. There is no change in diet or activities. Beside wt gain.. this severe bloated feeling in my stomach. It is so bloated that my skin hurts (from inflammation?). Feel like i cant breath, depressed and at times, i feel like want to rip my skins out. After many lab tests and adj. In dose in levo. My tsh level is now under normal range and is on 75mcg of levo. yet, after 4 months being good. Last 7 months been hell. Even now, i cant sleep due severe bloating and expanded skin. Is there any alternative or option to improve this condition? Ive heard of this med called, armour. Would this help with losing weight and improve over all condition? Or is adding t3 along with levo be beneficial? If so, what t3 would be recommended? Please, help! Thank you

Is Levo the only medication you are taking? Thyroid treatment is a hit and miss struggle. Do your research on Hashimotos and make certain you get a full panel thyroid test not only TSH. Good luck!
(I'm having the same struggle but added Flexeril recently and I believe that is my problem!)
