lneltrexone and myasthenia gravis

looking for a connection between neltrexone and myasthenia gravis

Why would Low dose naltrexone not be used for myasthenia gravix?

When you say connection - what do you mean.  Can Naltrexone cause this disease or can it help it?  Naltrexone wouldnt be used to treat it anyway - did you mean LDN - Low Dose Naltrexone?  LDN is used to treat many autoimmune diseases.  My husband has MS and takes LDN with great sucess.  The original dose of the full dose start at 50mg whereas the low dose version is usually 4.5mg.
