maybe lupus

I am 38 years old and I have been suffering from joint pain and fatigue as well as depression and anxiety.  I also have a pain in my chest and feel very unwell.  I cant sleep very well and I feel very tired in the mornings.  I have started to get muscle twitches and numb feet & hands on occasions.  I have been to see my doctor on several occasions and have been diagnosed osteoartheritus in my fingers which can be quite painfull at times.  I also have tinnitus and life is getting quite hard.  I have elevated liver enzymes ast 71, which my doctor can not explain.  I have asked my doctor for an MRI scan but he said he can not justify it at this stage.  I also get blurred vision sometimes.   I have tried various different things to make me feel better but nothing seems to work.    This is affecting my whole life now and I really want to feel better.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance

Hi.
Well the first thing to do is get a full auto-immune blood profile done, along with a full blood count, and also testing diabetes, and the thyroid.

If you have had some blood work done , and you have the results, if you post them , then i will take a look , and advice were to go from next.

This could be one off many auto-immune illnesses, so a full bloodwork needs to be done to start ruling out which it can be , from which it obviously is not.

Also get ESR, done to check for inflammation.

I hope this has helped, and if you need anymore help im here.

I know how frustrating it can be when you are suffering, and not accurately diagnosed, so the best thing to do is get tested , so your GP, can refer you on to the right consultant to treat your condition.

Good Luck
Nicola
