multiple symptoms

I have hypothyroidism, and some major spine issues including some arthritis. However these symptoms are new and some are acute, others not. What would cause severe acute constipation, dry eyes, fatigue and flushed face? Had to visit ER with possible impaction. Acute dramatically painful, drop to the floor pain but ct didn't show impact. They did say it could be there but not show up. Did check for kidney stones.  After episode took several stool softener, lax and an enema. Finally broke it loose. Been fatigued, dry eyes and flushed. The dry eyes have been happening for a while, along with painful hands, knees, even to rub skin on hands hurt. Weird pimple type rash on back, kind of painful, itchy. Didnt tell ER about anything but the pain in side and stomach because it was acute and so bad.

Hiya debjam-

My husband has most of the same symptoms : dry skin, weird pimples, horrible constipation, exhaustion, blinding muscle pain that tends to migrate, depression, declining cognitive ability.

Your dry eyes may be a sign of Sjogren's Syndrome (?) In his case, the terrible abdominal pain was from pancreatitis. Because of his family's history of thyroid disease I have a hunch that his "trainwreck" of  health problems is from his thyroid, which is "normal" according to the blood tests. Another thing: lately, he "lost" his  blood vessels! Whenever someone tried to draw blood in the hospital, they couldn't find a vein. They shrugged it off as a consequence of "aging". Gimme a break...

Sorry I couldn't be of more help. This autoimmune business is the pits, isn't it?
