no dry eyes or mouth

I was diagnosed this week with sjogren's syndrome in  which i am still learning about. My symptoms are joint pain, two of my attacks I could hardly walk very painful and could not lift a glass of water to take a drink because my wrist hurt so bad. I have had dizzy spells, chest tightness, headaches, trouble concentrating, and lots of confusion. I have also ran a few fevers with chills. I don't have the dry eyes or dry mouth could that be possible? My reumy did tell me that I had tested pos. for ssa and ssb.
