periodic episodes

sudden dizziness,muscle weakness,feeling of immediate need for bowel movement,ears ringing,nausea,cold hands,feet (body),HR stays 80-90 even though a little fear of situation (unknown) creeps in, minor headaches,very dry mouth,all blood tests come back normal,24 hour urine sample,was told by doctor it was anxiety or depression,put on lexapro and xanax,symptoms remained,told i had sick sinus syndrome with periodic heart pause,had pacemaker put in,got off antidepressants(complete hell), symptons began after bout with chicken pox at age 42,can go 2-3 weeks without an episode,don't know where to turn,pacemaker fires in the 2% range
