positive ANA SCREEN and Elevated Liver Enzymes

Recently, I have been experiencing ANA Screen (IFA) Cascading as positive, DNA Double Strand is 5, my Titer/Patter is: Diffuse and 5.  My symptoms are Low Bilirubin, Low WBC, High AST and ALT, numb and swelling in my left leg, pain in mid-back and stomach and jittery feelings. I am not overweight. What could this be, they ruled out Lupus, have checked my Thyroids and have done extentive bloodwork.  Could this be Leukemia since my blood showed clumping?  Thanks, Numbnumb
