symptoms

i've severe head ache(just like migrane (migraine)), sever back neck pain, fever,toungue has feeling of weight,giddiness,heart beats high,legs and hand shivering,...why this happends to me? any problem with me?

With severe headache, neck pain and fever, the first diagnosis that comes to my mind is meningitis. This can be serious and needs to be evaluated immediately. Headache with fever is especially seen in viral fevers, dengue, typhoid, malaria, and H1N1 infection. Low grade fever with headache can be due to stress, dehydration, anemia, or tuberculosis. Frontal sinusitis, upper respiratory infections, dental infections etc can also cause headache with fever. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
