testing for Sarcoidosis

My Dr has done a autoimmune blood panel because I have several symptoms like feeling ill,raised rash,uvetis,night sweats and swollen lymph node. But everything I read says chest xray is a way to diagnosis Sacroidosis.So my question to anybody who has Sarcoidosis how were you diagnosis and what were your symptoms?

I am currently going through some test to see if I have sarcoidosis.  There is a group for sarc here on medhelp.  The lady there is very helpful.  She said a chest CT is a better choice for dx than x-ray.  

Do you have a cough?  Of coarse, sarc can affect other areas of the body besides the lungs, but the majority of people have lung involvement.
