tired of going to the hospital

tired of going to the hospital

I have been in and out of the hospital at least 4 times a year for the past two years it was after I had my 2nd daughter.  They show low potassium levels, almost kidney infections and they give me antibiotics then send me home.  I also go through hot flashes and get really cold. I am always tired also.  What should I do.

Hi.
Have you had your thyroid tested? this can cause low potassium levels, along with hot flashes, and cold feelings, along with great fatigue?
If you have had your thyroid tested and it is ok, then i think you need to see either a urologist-nephrologist, regarding the frequent kidney infections.
There maybe a imbalance somewhere causing these problems.

Good luck
Nicola

Once you've taken anti-biotics, your good bacteria get destroyed and you have a large chance of getting sicker....Start taking probiotics (in refrigerated section at health food store) ....thyroid is very very important to get in control....watch what you eat....know every chemical that goes in your body such as MSG, sodium benzoates (in bread) etc.
