MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am really sorry to hear what you are going through and honestly do not know how to help you. Since you have swollen lymph nodes all over the body and have been tested negative for TB, lupus, sarcoidosis, mono, and rheumatoid, I really do not know what else should be looked for—except leukemias and HIV. A complete autoimmune panel should be done just in case something was missed in the first attempt at diagnosis. Diabetes can be a cause od whole body involvement and so also fungal infection. Please discuss these possibilities with your doctor. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

Many specialists do not rely on the A.C.E test. as it is not reliable
for confirming sarco.
ACE levels, are not always high in sarcoidosis patients, and increased ACE levels can also show up in other illnesses.
My suggestion is to get passed the high A.C.E readings as you must have more pressing concerns and if you want to pursue the sarco suspicion,
go to the Cleveland clinic's website, which has a complete list of tests for diagnosing sarco.
With what you describe in your post, it's not enough to definitely confirm anything.
Take care,
Niko

You might benefit from seeing a really good holistic or naturopathic doctor
to act as your overall Health Consultant and health Manager.
Your body must be treated as a whole, as all the organs , parts and systems are interlinked and interdependent.
This a has been conventional medicine's downfall, specially with complex systemic conditions with unknown etiology.

Dr. Mike Guy, has a simple  but comprehensive 4-page guide to TMD.
Just do a search (no spaces) for his website.
He's in a neighboring city to where I live.

Cheers!

hi thanks so much for replies . I have been tested for hiv and all sti ´s were all negative . leukaemia was also ruled out I think . the problem is I never see same doc or specialist every time someone new who deals with whatever symptoms I'm having that day but not the whole picture . I also have to go seeking results constantly .I will look into all you have mentioned tho for sure . I'm actually really scared right now as I also am having eye trouble and have yet another big blood blister on eyeball which looks horrific and is messing with my vision and causing terrible headaches also feels someone pulling head back which could be connected to tmd . I will keep informed of any progress .thanks again.

Hi sjr83.

Things you can do/look into:

Gut Dysbiosis/ Leaky Gut Syndrome.

In gut dysbiosis and leaky gut syndrome, the gut mucosa is inflammed and becomes permeable, so
Proteins, bacteria, viruses, and fungi (which produce mycotoxins in their overgrowth stage) that ordinarily would not get in, enter the bloodstream and tissues of the body. The body considers these as foreign and thus starts an immune response and over time, if this does not get corrected timely, it manifests as auto-immune disease, affecting any part or system of the body!
Here's a study pertinent to this.
Journal of Infection and Immunity. 1993;61:619-626

There's a simple urine test available for Leaky Gut Syndrome: mannito/lactulose test

Yeast Infection/Candida

To test: leave a tall glass of water by your night-table. Upon waking up spit generously into the glass.
After 20 minutes if spit becomes long & stringy, or
sinks to the bottom of the glass, you probably have Candida (yeast infection).
Sinking spit is worse than stringy and floating, I believe. Do a YouTube search for more details. Not an official dx test. Only indicative!
To remedy:
a.Coconut oil (extra virgin organic) in place of cooking oils 2T daily, work up to 4T daily in 2-3 weeks.
Greatest antifungal-much better than ANY anti-fungal drug! I've seen the studies.
(I have read 3 books on the benefits of coconut oil)
b. Anti-candida diet. Avoid sugars(including artificial)
carbs, alcohol, fermented foods, dairy (some people are OK with yogurt).
c.  High quality prebiotics and probiotics.
I have taken the Progressive Nutritionals HCP®Synbiotic kit, which I found to be one of the best ones on the market.
Only given as a resource for information, as this is manufactured in Canada.
d. Lower stress levels! Stress and yeast infections
go hand in hand (stress on its own is a factor that
may contribute to the development and exasperation of many symptoms.

Allergies including type5/Sensitivities/Intolerance/
Dr. Coca's Pulse Test, it's a free download, and it will indicate within a week, any reactivity, any allergies, any intolerance and sensitivity to anything ingested, that is considered offensive by the immune system.
It is a great self-test, for the degree of accuracy, however, should you find it too difficult to do because of your schedule perhaps, there's a simplified version that I can send you, as second option.
Here it is:
Dr. Cocoa's Pulse Test (simplified version)Just sit in a chair and come to rest for about 5 minutes. Take your pulse for a full 1 minute (not the 15 sec. multiply by 4 thing). Then put whatever you want to test in your mouth and chew it for 30 seconds. Then take your pulse again. If you find it is faster by 6 beats, you are allergic or have a sensitivity to it. If you have type “O” blood, use 4 beats as the criteria instead of 6. It’s that simple.

Underlying pathogenic Infections. ( this is the most challenging )
Pathogenic infections such as:  All Borrelia species- not just Borrelia Burgdoferi,Anaplasma phagocytophilum, Babesia microti, Babesia duncani,Bartonella henselae, Bartonella quintana, Coxiella burnetii, Ehrlichia chaffeensis,Francisella tularensis, Mycoplasma fermentans, Icognitus and other Mycoplasma species, Rickettsia rickettsii, viruses such as HHV-6,nematodes. These are extremely difficult to detect!!! .
You may visit Dr. Garth Nicolson's website or do a search here under his name, for more info. he's the leading expert in this field and a regular contributor in Medhelp.

Please check those out, do your own research and please post again,
let us know if you need more details or to comment. it is important to rule out as many things as possible.
You may PM me any time as well.
I will let your info sit with me for a while. There's more to it.
Wishing you well. And stay strong! You really need to, in order to pull through all this.
