ACE and ANA testing results

I recently had bloodwork done and was surprised about a couple of the results.  I can tell they are not normal, but should I be concerned about the levels reflected?  What is the best specialist to follow-up with for further care?  I understand these are autoimmune concerns.

ANA result:  positive
ANA pattern:  homogeneous
ANA titer:  1:640

Cardiolipin IGM:  16

Angioten- I Conversion 358 verified by repeat test

eGFR:  55

Thanks,

In the absence of any noticeable signs or symptoms, I would not be too concerned.  However, if you begin to notice symptoms, you should consult with a rheumatologist.

As an example of the types of symptoms you should be tracking, check out the signs/symptoms survey form on our website, www.immed.org under Signs/Symptoms category.  You can print this list and track any changes in your illness profile.
