WHAT has a hold on me?

Dear Dr.,
I am one of those people who have numerous symptoms and have dx's, but believe there is something that is not being dx, bc my pain and misery level is way out there and I can tolerate pain, but this is ridiculas.
I have been dx with: DDD of Cerivical,Lumbar,Hip/Joint,Spinal Stenosis(well, I did have it, but now they say I don't..so,I don't know),CM(Chiari Malformation-they at first said I had a mild CM,now they say that they don't think I have it), VA(Venous Angima,I am worried @ this one, even though they think this could have been since I was in my mom's womb, I have excruciating pain there),Spondylosis-this stuff is heck,Myofascial Pain Syndrome-yes,this is even worse,Fibromyalgia-all 18 out of 18 tender points, had Endometriosis-had Hyst.in Dec.'99(wonder,since Endo is such an unbiased disease,if what I am experiencing could be anything to do with it?)..sure there are more, just can't think of them at the moment. .
Okay, I am suffering mostly in my neck into my shoulder down my back through my hip and into my knees down through my calves. I will start with my head, it is always sore, stiff, achey, and basically feels like there's a vice-grip being held and feels like maybe something went wrong with my surgery of an ACD & F spinal diskectomy . going to have to go for now, but will check back wiht you because I am experiencing some dizziness and feel some nausea. I wonder if it could be celialc diease?
Take care and always..GOD BLESS... OK.  You have a number of overlapping problems.  One common factor that could also explain your GI problems, MPS and even FMS is that you are a very good candidate for the presence of one or more chronic infections.

Some examples of the types of infections that we commonly find in FMS are intracellular bacteria (Mycoplasma species, Chlamydia pneumoniae, Borrelia b., etc.) and viruses (HHV6, CMV, etc.).  (I published review articles on these infections in Laboratory Medicine and the Britisih Journal of Medical Practitioners--if your are interested, you can download these medical articles on our website, www.immed.org).
