confused about blood testing

History is: Husband had RA, dog has lupus, and I have seronegative cns sjogrenish (blood is always negative.  I know that I herx from antibiotics.  If the blood work for lyme and chlamydia is unreliable, ( Family tested negative for lyme positive for igg igm chlamydia) how doyou know what to treat, and at what doses. I have been told you can test negative for lyme and still have it. I did not have a rash or known tick bite, I have seen 1 tick in my life on the cat.

Also anxiety really kicks up for me during treatment and I don't do well on antidepressants what would you suggest to control it.

Ticks can carry a variety of infections, and some of these occur as co-infections with Borrelia burgdorferi Lyme.  However, many of the Lyme-associated infections (especially Mycoplasma species, Bartonella species, Babesia species, Ehrlichia species, etc.) can be carried by ticks without the presence of Borrelia b. Some of the infections are also airborne infections (Mycoplasma, Chlamydia pn., etc.) that don't require an insect to transmit them, and these infections are also often found in pets of patients after long-term exposure.
