red bumpy circles on lower legs / upper ankles

Hello, I am actually not sure of the "topic" for my question.

My problem is the following: for 3 months now I have a red bumpy elevation / nodule / granuloma on my right lower leg / upper ankle. The interesting thing is that it turns red only once in a while, usually evenings, and when this happens, I also have a "pressure" feel on my leg on the concerned spot. It will usually turn red and I'll have this "pressure" feeling, and after 3 minutes it will be gone and the leg will be looking normal. As said, this is going on for almost 3 months now, and I think the doctor has no clue what I have. On the past month, I had two big infections: one at the beginning of the month on the toe of the right foot - I had to go to emergency, and they prescribed me Unacid and then after 1 week it was all good - and then around the 25th of July I had a general renal infection - again to emergency and was prescribed Ciprobay; after 1 week taking it was all good again. In between I had also for one day 39 degrees of fever, around the 15th of July. Last but not least, since the 8th of August (pretty recent stuff) I am getting the same red bump / granuloma with occasional flushes, redness and pressure on the left leg, exactly at the same spot. This indicates to some kind of systemic disease.  

The doctor has done blood tests for rheumatic problems & for diabetes and found nothing. I was sent to make a MRI of the leg and they found nothing. Then they sent me to X ray my chest, since the doctor was concerned about a disease called sarcoidosis, and found nothing.

My question is: does anyone has a clue about what is the problem I have? PS: I am 29 yrs old and have never had any major health problems, m preiser on left hand (also this year).

It sounds like a cyst that fills and empties.  Since you have had recent episodes of infection, I would look there first for an explanation.

The question that follows is: how come I get now the same cyst on the left leg? Until now, there is no "bump" on this leg, but the redness and "pressure" feeling is the same as on the right leg, and the most amazing thing is that it is exactly at the same location as on right leg.

Something complementary that I did not describe above: I am having some kind of intermittent joint pain on fingers of hand/foot; knee and legs. For this I have been taking paracetamol on the past days to curb further pain.

As for what I mentioned about "m preiser" above (i think it may be not so self explanatory): it is a necrosis of the scaphoid - also got this this year. Before that never had any major problems. I just mentioned because it may have at the end some connection (or not).

Fatigue is also a symptom, as well as some difficulty with leg coordination ("heavy legs" feeling)...

I am not sure about the symmetrical leg lesions, but the joint pain certainly goes along with a chronic infection.

Hi i read your symptoms and have you checked out something called Pannicultis..a type of it is called weber christians disease.  there are several types of this illness.  i know about because my dr has treated me for this for over 2 years so i have researched it alot and i dont have hardly any of the symptoms that go with the illness.  the dr im seeing doesnt know what i have and i think he hoped the meds he gave me would help but never did...anyway
