Another embarrassing topic...

Ok ... gotta say it ... what's up with the hemmoroids?!?!?!

I know they are part of having had a baby before, and they come out occasionally, but really?  I've never had them hurt so bad ... I've been feeling an extreme amount of pressure lately and I guess maybe that is making it worse.  I bought preparation H and everything!

Anyone else having trouble?  Or even better ... have any advice?

I've always had them, since the first delivery ... but they never really hurt, would just show up every now and then, but always went away, and never much pain.  This is the first time it has actually hurt so much.  Hard to stand up strait or sit down at times!  Add to that the unbelievable pressure!  I actually feel bruised "down there" cause of the extreme pressure.  Bruised and like she's crowning at times!  Ugh!!!

I'm sure what you have is normal.  If it starts to hurt again, get some preparation H cream, and some wipes ... they have witch hazel like the tucks pads do that you use after delivery.  It doesn't make a HUGE difference, but does help to take the edge off.  I just hope they stop hurting before I go into labor, can't imagine laboring in this condition!  Of course the approach of labor might be what is causing the situation, who knows!  I've also been taking tylenol to take the edge off.  What I wouldn't give for ibuprofen right now!!!
