I I had a miscarriage in December and a D&C I was nearly 3 months thought I was feeling ok as my symtoms dissapeared, but my babies had died and stopped growing at 8 wks. I'm now preg again 5+ wks according to my Dr and last cycle. However I feel really well??I have a little nausea in the morning which soon passes this isn't normal for me and I'm worried. I still have hot sweats at night which wake me up but guess that may be good as i shows I'm producing progesterone??? I have done about 10 preg tests and every time I go the the bathroom I am so nevous incase I see blood. MY last pregnancy though I felt really ill, tired and had costant lower back pain,I am hoping that my energy and good feeling is a positive sign???
I'm wondering if the acupunture has help me feel good!!! Does anyone else feel ok but wake in the night on sweats??? also my dreams are sooo vivid....I so want this baby it's so scary!!!I prey it works out
Congrats on your new pregnancy! It is natural to be very nervous especially when you get pregnant so quickly after a miscarriage. Now that I am in the 2nd trimester I feel much better (emotionally) about the pregnancy. Everything is going to be just fine! Don't worry too much :-) Keep us posted on how things are going!!!
With my first pregnancy I was sick early like you were with yours. That one ended in a miscarriage last December 2009. When I got pregnant again March 2010 I had similar concerns. I was not sick early with that pregnancy either. Just wait it out. My sickness crept up at about 8 weeks with that pregnancy. I know how scary it all is. I had about 12 ultrasounds my first trimester. Jake is now 3 months old and doing great. Hang in there. I wish I could say you will stop worrying but you won't I worried up until the day of delivery and then a new group of worries started once he was born. We are women...we are designed to worry. Best of luck to you and keep up posted.
i know exactly how your feeling, i've just come on here to post that i think i'm pregnant again and terrified, when i saw yor post.... i had a m.m/c 9 1/2 weeks ago and havn't had a period since. It took 5 1/2 weeks for me to stop testing positive from m/c, and then i belive i ovulted 23/03 (i was using opk's, but found them really confusing) i pretty much felt pregnant again from about 2 days later(really sore bbs, lots of dizzyness, tummy cramps ) I had very light spotting about 4 days later and i've been getting very faint pregnancy tests from yesterday (my birthday :) ... The thing is that everytime i begin to get excited, i then start to question wether its all actually happening or am i jus goin crazy, and i'm obviously v. worried that i will loose this pregnancy too :( I have a doctors app on wednesday so will feel better then hopefully.
Congratulations on your BFP Kelstar, and i'm really glad to here your pregnancy is going well twinbabies... Good luck to us all xx
Thanks for the replies. I am trying to stay positive but evry ache and pain I am stressing I have cronic lower back pain and am now worried it's a sign nd my boobs kill I read that V sore boobs and lower pain mean lower progeterone and ends in miscarriage. It dose not help that I GOGGLE everything night and day it is aking me totally neurotic!!
Has anyone suffered night sweats I had them on my last preg, and also just before my periods, but I have been waking up drenched in sweat, and I'm freezing!!I have to sometimes change my bedding and t-shirt! it's not that bad everynight but I do wake red ht each night. I can't rememebr it on my 1st preg but that was 11 years ago!!
I can't wait to get past 3 months!! but am dreading the scans I prey evrything goes ok, I really don't know how so many have the strength to keep trying after many loses. I don't think I could try again if I had another miscarraige itwas the worse pain I have felt!!
I realy hope everything works out for you guys. God luck
I was a little inferno when I was pregnant. That is normal I think. I used to sleep with the fan on and no covers . My DH thought I was nuts. Enjoy it while it lasts because once you have the baby....if you are anything like me...you will freeze. I went to the other extreme after birth. Always Freezing. I still wear pants and a long sleeve top to bed and a big comforter and I gave birth 3 months ago.
I cannot to relate to multiple miscarriages but I can relate to the pain of having them. I know it will be a rocky 8 months for you. I remember being nervous everyday until I hit the week that I lost my first pregnancy (17 weeks) I was then a little bit calmer. It doesnt get any better once you have them though. I think I am more of a nervous wreck now that he is here.
I will continue to pray that you have a very boring, uneventful pregnancy :)
