Good afternoon :D Thanks for all of the prayers! How's everyone doing? So many preggars! Time's going by pretty fast I guess. My next appt is only 7 days away. I spent half the night in the ER last night severely dehydrated with a fever and very low blood pressure. I feel a lot better today, no more throwing up! Thank goodness...I'm back to just the nausea. I was afraid that Thanksgiving dinner's were out for me...so thank goodness the major ickiness went away :0)

Natalie- it says as early as 9 weeks but more like 10-12 wks as average. I'm 9wks today. I will see if i drink lots of water and will try it!! they say it helps to drink lots of water cuz it brings the uterus up like in an ultrasoun, which makes sense since it uses the same system as an ultrasound bouncing the sound waves...

Morning all. Well I had my appointment and it was just a regular ob checkup and she took some blood for another beta. I was hoping to get another u/s but that's not going to happen for 2 weeks. I guess if the beta comes back well then I can stop worrying some.

Steph_b, I agree with everyone, the cramping is normal. It is hard not to worry, I'm doing better this week but I still have my moments.

Rosie, sorry about your appt. How soon does your doppler pick up the hb?

Aileen, 6 days!!!! That is so exciting!

Rossie, I'm sorry about your appointment. =(  I hope you are able to find that HB easily with your doppler so you don't worry yourself!  I freaked out when it took a few minutes to find it.

Steph_b, I had the cramping too, it's pretty normal.  It's so hard not to worry about it though.

Amanda, sending lots of easy labor dust your way.  Can't wait for your update and pics!

I went for my u/s yesterday, and the baby is still growing just fine.  She's still a little smaller than average, but not much. She was estimated at about 6 lbs 11 oz which is the 40th percentile.  My amniotic fluid was borderline though so at my regular appt today they'll do another NST.  Only 6 more days!!

Oh Rossie I'm sorry you didn't get your apt....I'm sure everything will go smoothly on Monday.  Try to enjoy the holiday and not worry too much. (I think I need to follow my own advice)

My cramping is less painful than menstral cramps and I think it's nothing to worry about, but it's just hard to worry.  I don't remember this from my last pregnancy, but I don't think I knew I was pregnant this early.  Last time I do remember thinking my period was coming and then it never did.  I'm not even due for my period untill today or tomorrow.  I think I just need to relax.

Natalie - nothing happened yesterday just disappointed. I rushed to get to my appt with BF for nothing they told me my dr had left like 10 minutes earlier to the hospital, maybe a delivery not sure so i was rescheduled till monday. I will be worrying all weekend. I was looking forward to hearing the baby's hb. I will play around with my doppler this week to see if i can find it. I was hoping to see my dr do it so i would no where to look.

Steph, i wouldn't worry, the cramping is said to be normal. Your little bean digging in nice and snuggle.

hi ladies..Hows everyone doing?

I'm a little crampy and that is making me extremely nervous.  It's not thing too painful, but I can't help to be nervous.  I guess I will call my doctor today and see what they say.  Hopefully it's just me being worried over nothing.

As for me, I have my appointment tomorrow. The nurse wants to do another beta just to have one over 5,000. I will also have an ob check up and possible an u/s. I'm going to work hard to get that u/s. I would really like to hear the baby's hb just to ease some of my worries. I'll post my results tomorrow...

Erica, wow I don't think I've ever lost weight in pg. I always gain, ugh! I'm sure the baby is just fine. It is common to lose weight in the first trimester...you'll probably make up for it in the next few months!

Rosie, how did your visit go? Hope all went great!

Sorry I've been MIA lately, so very busy!! I'm now 16w1d, yay!! only 4 more weeks till I'm half way! I look like I'm at least 7 months preggers though! lol! I'm eating like crazy, but still losing weight..down 7 lbs. from my pre-pregnancy weight. This happened with DD too, but I'm nervous, I don't want the baby to be under nourished. Also, breaking out like crazy :(  Hope all is well with you all!

Aileen lol i dont know either  they both are pretty nerve wracking... since you know the date ur due and just waiting to begin labor and then there is well no baby on my due date so they give you a date and then your waiting and thinking about how its going to go and all that stuff. so either way its nerve wracking but well worth it in the end. :0)

Lori yes you will be itroducing you lil prince/princess in no time :0) big hugs

Me too!  I'm trying.  Yesterday was cleaning inside and raking leaves outside all day.  It looked promising at dinner when I started having contractions 5 minutes apart, but of course as I sat longer they tapered off.  Pttthhh.
