Thanks for your response I have started charting my bbt and using ovulation sticks. Is there any difference in the temps when af due or pregnant?
Any digital thermometer will do, digital ones are the best as they are the most accurate. I would say check your temp at the same time each day, the easiest way to do this is take your temperature when you get up, it may not be the same time every day but from a body point of view it will be the same time. You can tell when you are ovulating because your temperature will spike when you are ovulating. It usually increases by 0.4 degrees, for example mine goes from 36.3/36.4 before to 36.8/36.9 when i ovulate. This isnt the best method to use, i would suggest getting some cheap ovulation test sticks of the internet. They are more accurate than BBT.
Good Luck!
