Help plz

Hi,
like two weeks ago me and my girlfriend were fooling around and i put the tip of my privates into her for a few seconds. I know i did not *** and i shortly took it out of her due to her still having som residue from her period since this was about only the 5th or 6th day. It is 2 weeks later and my gf woke up with slight nausea but only after she started moving around really fast and standing up fast from a sitting position. It shortly left her when she ate. She is also feeling som abdomen soreness in the middle and right torso and her breasts are a bit fuller than they normally are but arent tender. Can anyone please tell me what may be wrong with her?

P.S. a day after we fooled around she found som yellowish discharge on her liners so would that be anything such as an infection?
