Unprotected sex, no period symptoms...just sore nipples and cramps

I had unprotected sex twice in one night, a week or so after my period ended. We started having sex without a condom and then put a condom on halfway through. Later on we had sex again without a condom and he made sure he squeezed all the *** out from the previous session, but you never know. He never ejaculated in me. So my period is normal and should be here by the 31 or earlier and I noticed today that I am not really having any period symptoms. I usually have very sore breast, but only my nipples are sore and tingly. They also itch a little. I am also cramping very lightly, which I do sometimes before my period. I also am having clear/white discharge, more then I usually have before my period. I have also been craving pickles. It may be too early to tell, but I haven't been stressing over this until today when I noticed symptoms should be there for my period and I had a weird dream last night that I was pregnant. I never thought or suspected until this morning. Am I just sweating it or should I just relax and see what happens. Has anyone ever gotten pregnant with just pre ***?
