I'm also going to start my first round of clomid. I'm a bit worried because I have been having problems with my cm and I read that clomid will make it worse. I have been using evening primrose oil for about 9 months now and it only worked for me the first time I used it. I drink a lot of water, but I want to know if anyone has gotten pregnant using clomid and evening primrose oil or clomid and robitussin.

Mucinex and Robitussin have the same active ingredient. Mucinex just has more mg. per dose. Or you can just get the store brand. Its all the same active ingredient. Guaifenesin is what thins the mucus. I even found some at the Dollar Tree.

I am starting on Clomid this cycle. TTC for a year on our own. The Dr. is putting me on 100mg. I am a little nervous. I am also on metformin.  Any info on how Clomid affected you or sucess stories welcome. Baby Dust to All.

I used 3mg the first time and then i used less each time and it was still to much.  Lots of great things said about it!  I am just going to use it for dryness if i am TTC this month

HI,
I did not use cough meds but I was told to use Robitussin (not DM....not letters at all)

I have never heard of anyone using mucinex to help CM

I was using Preseed and my doc said to be careful with it, just because it says its safe doesnt mean it really is.

I used the recommended amount of preseed and it was just to much...takes the feeling away! I suggest just to use a small amount or just to use it for dryness.

Hope this helped. Maybe you will get more comments about the Mucinex too
