worried

hello everyone!! well i was on the combined pill on the date i MAY have concieved!...i had a very light period after this time that only lasted 3-4 days very unusual for me...anyway when that had finished i began getting what seemed like period cramps..(i dont usually get them) then around christmas time i noticed my lower abdomen on the right side looked swollen same as the left but abit bigger anyway i thought nothing of it and carried on but i started getting hip ache along with lower back ache, i began to get worried so took a HPT and it came back negative! but then my nipples looked larger and darker along with the nipple being abit tender, i felt tired alot more, urinated often then usual and i noticed alot of white/watery clear discharge again not like me at all...i stopped my pill on the last period/spotting i had and now i am due my period again however it hasnt arrived!! but i am still getting the discharge...sometimes i run to the toilet thinking ive started but i havent! ive been getting twinges in my lower abdomen alot more along with some bloating and constipation...i visited the doctor who did me a urine test and sent it off...got the results back a couple of days ago and again it was negative!! i just dont know what to think...my period is late (ive never missed a period in my life always been regular) if im not pregnant then whats the problem?? i did think maybe me coming off the pill had messed me up but ive come off it before and never had anything like this...besides the symptoms and swollen abdomen was there before i even stopped the pill!! just doesnt make sense. i'm fed up of wondering now. i'm going to give my period till next week to start if it doesnt im going back to doctors and ask for a ultra sound..just for peace of mind.
