So I've started giving Aubryana one to two 2oz meals a day, and she's getting constipated, so today I'm not giving her anything at all, yesterday I gave her only green beans hoping the "greens" would help her go. Should I slow down feeding her to every other day? When I wasn't feeding her foods she'd go every day at least three times...
I answered this in the pregnancy forum but I would give her a bit of water along with her food and see if that helps. That helped my son and now he barely has troubles. Or you could mix in foods that have a lot of fiber like prunes or pears. My doc said if it got really bad to mix a little bit of pear juice in with some water.
I also took my son off rice cereal, that can be constipating.
