Baby stuff

I recently found out I was having a girl and not a boy. We had everything for a boy the majority of which cannot be refunded or exchanged. Is there a cheaper place for baby clothes? Or maybe a way to do online trades or get free hand downs?

you can try putting the baby stuff on Craiglist  for good and reasonable price rate.

No baby was ever harmed by wearing blue instead of pink, so try not to worry about that so much.  You probably can work out some trades or get a lot of other stuff at secondhand baby places, but some of it, just use.  My nephew (who has a big sister) wore pink pajamas until he was 2.

I have bought the majority of my babies clothes at yard sales. I haven't paid over 25 cents an item. At the young age they grow so fast all the clothes look bran new still. I have also had a few people give me clothing too.

As for the large items you can always try and do an exchage at the store most will let you exchange without a receipt.

You can check consignment stores - a lot buy clothes for 40% for cash and up to 70% for in-store credit.  We did that with our little girl clothes and I have gotten some little boy clothes for this next one.

yeah i agree i would try a baby resale store, we have one near where i live that you get really good in store credit and even without it the prices of clothing is really good and usually they won't buy or sell anything that wasnt gently used. you should especially get pretty good store credit for things that still have tags and that are brand new.

Um, unless you're offering sex or "free massages" with your baby clothes on Craigslist, I don't think you have to worry about any Craigslist Killers.
