Booster Seats

I need to purchase a booster seat for my 3 year old.  She's been in a Britax convertible (Roundabout) until now.  She's about 35 lbs and a little tall for her age.  I want one with the 5 point harness for now, but I guess one that will eventually convert to a regular seat belt?  Everything I've read says to stick with the 5-point harness as long as possible...

I've looked at a bunch of boosters, but having trouble deciding.  Price isn't so much an issue (I'll pay the big bucks for safety), but looking for advice about stuff like comfort and ease of use/installation, etc.  We'll probably need to move it between cars on occasion, so want one that is safe, but also simple.  Anyone with suggestions?  Thanks!

I hadn't heard of the Britax 123....so I looked it up and i think that model is only avail in Europe, but a similar model (Frontier) is here in the states where i am.  I said price didn't matter, but of course that one is the most expensive I've seen yet-lol!  Definitely putting it 'on the list' though.  Thanks!
