Car Seat & Stroller Reviews

Hello...just curious what the best resource is for car seat and stroller reviews/ratings/information.  I'm pregnant with my first baby and don't know anyone to ask.  Thanks!

www.NHTSA.gov is good for ease of use and saftey.

www.carseat.com is a good one and tells pros and cons.

The best one that has the highest rating since 2008 is the first years true fit and 2009 will be the tru fit premire. It has the highest ratings form parents from preemie to child as it fits form 5-65lbs. I read two people got t-boned and the baby was the only one in t he car that was not hurt. THe seat was as tight as before the crash. The sides go up higher to to protect. The padding is softer and not that foam stuff but eh newest an highest rating for car seats now. I have been reasearching for a long time!

The thing with consumer reports is that theri reviews do not say why it failed and does nto give enough details for the pros and cons. I used to think they were good but now I do not. Before you buy one you need to put it in your car to make sure it fits good! Babies R Us will do this for you! ALso if you are a first time parent you can go to your local HWY department or hospital and they can make srue it is installed corectly and help with that! All cars are made differnt and all people and it has to be safe and easy for you to handle and adjust the straps correctly.
