I know this may be a silly question but here goes anyway.  How long in advance of a baby shower should a diaper cake be made?  I thought it was going to be difficult (and it was sooooo easy), I wanted to give myself plenty of time to make a diaper cake.  Now it's done but the showe is still 3 weeks away.  Will the disposable diapers hold up OK-stay soft, etc...?  Thanks for your help.
