Brotox hicks last a few seconds... And aren't continuous... Contractions are continuous and last longer... To avoid brotox hicks... Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated. Hope I answered your question:)

They go away if you sit down or lay on your left side

Bh your stomach will get very hard and it feels like baby is in a ball it only last at the longest 90sec n they go away. Real contractions do not
