I am 2 months pregnant and I have bad morning sickness. What can I do to ease it? When will it go away?

Try vitamin B6. It helps me with my morning sickness. My OB told me to take it to help with nausea.

Squeeze lime in a cup of water and put a little bit of salt that helps with the nausia . And always carry with crackers , salt crackers . Gingerale also helps a lot.  Morning Sickness is normal but if you throw up everyday and everything you eat go see your doctor. Stay hydrated , drink A Lot of water .
