What is the shelf life on the one you just bought? Will it make it to you can use it at 9months?

I wouldn't.  Either save it or get rid of it.  What if your baby suffers because you didn't want to waste $25?

yup when in doubt , save it til shes older formula usually stays good awhile. better that then a sick tummy on such a little one

The ingrediants are essentially the same, but there are higher doses of those ingredients which in turn will upset baby's tummy, hence 9-24 month recommendations.  I wouldn't mix anything with baby's formula until she's older and you're giving her puree foods.

Save it if you can, if not find someone who needs it and give it to them.
