What is it called when a baby get's light spots on there foreheads? And what can I treat it with?

What kind of spots are they? red? pimple-like? rash-like? My son had baby acne when he was a newborn, so if it's that, you just wash your baby like you normally do and wait for it to clear. You never want to scrub or poke at it.

baby acne is 100% normal and like chantal said just wash as normal. my dr sid its our hormones getting out of thier bodies, and yes dont pick them.
