Take a home pregnancy test using your first morning urine. Even though you're scared it's better to know for sure so you can get the proper medical care.
As for your last question, generally baby daddies don't have signs but depending I the type of person they are they can get what's called sympathy pregnancy. My hubby had a mild case of it where he picked up my morning sickness (funny story, for about two weeks we were throwing up at the exact same time even when we were on the opposite sides of the city) and he picked up the vivid dreams. But it only lasted for a couple weeks.
Go take the test hun, better safe then sorry.
