Pelvis phleboliths

I am a male,40 leading sedentary lifestyle,height 5'5",weighing 74 kgs.The uric acid in the blood is on a higher side.Occassionally,I am having pain in my right buttock,which shoots up in the night,at the time of going to bed.The next morning,the pain is gone and again the same cycle of night time pain is repeated.Had a Xray on advice of Doctor.the report says-"There are small radio-opaque shadow on left side of pelvis with central lucencies suggesting phleboliths".Pl tell me what does it mean and what's the remedy?

Phleboliths may refer to calcium deposits in the big veins of the pelvis.
I would suggest that you see a physician and have an evaluation of your urinary system and if this is negative then a spine evaluation including an MRI of your lumbar spine.
