Right Shoulder/Arm - pain/tingling/numbness

I'm not sure if I have a pinched nerve - I have pain in my right shoulder/shoulder blade and a numbness/tingling/burning sensation from my shoulder to mid between my elbow and wrist........  Your thoughts?

It certainly could be. If it doesn't get better in a week see your family doctor.
