arm/hand pain

I have had 2 cervical surgeries for constriction of the spinal cord. The reason I had the surgeries was because of a burning under my arm pits and the last 3 fingers on both hands are hurting. After 2 surgeries I still have the same pain and it seems to be getting worse. It doesn't bother me as much at night when I'm laying down.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is causing this.
Thank You

You should have a re-evaluation done including a thorough neuro examination, MRI of the cervical spine and an EMG/Nerve conduction studies.
Although is is possible that you may have a peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome like an ulnar neuropathy , recurrent or persistent cervical stenosis/foraminal stenosis/HNPs should be considered.

Is it possible you have carpal tunnel?  Did the surgeon say that those problems would be fixed?  If so, I would go back to him.  Also, you can try a hand specialist.
