what is wrong with my neck

i had a mri scan 6 weeks  ago now my consultant has refered me to walton in liverpool  why i live in north wales ?this is my report ,straghting of the cervical lordosis moderate disc desiccation but preserved vertable heights left disc protusion at level c3 ,4 with compression on the existing left nerve root  narrow based disc prolapse at level c4 c5 with indentation on the thecal sac i have  a narrow based left paracentral disc protrusion at c5-c6 wich is compressing on the exiting left nerve broad based disc protusion at level c6 c7
