22 Years Old - Lower back pain everyday!

Hello, everyone. First I would like to take the time and thank everyone for reading and listening to my question!

I'm 22 years old. I live in Broward County, FL. I was in a car accident about 3 years ago. The car flipped a couple of times, but i was fine. I was rushed to ER, but I don't recall too much. I remember that night my lower back was hurting so bad I felt like crying. I told my doctor and they did a cat scan, but didn't find anything. He mentioned I might have just pulled a muscle. I was released the next day as the doctor wrote me a prescription for hydrocodone 7.5mg, and muscle relaxers. The medication helped a lot I remember. I was on this prescription for about two months. I then stopped taking it to see how my back was doing. It felt better for a couple of weeks maybe a little longer and then the pain in my lower back right above the buttocks started again. But, this time it started radiating to my testicles, and lower stomach abdomen. I then again went to the ER. They did a cat scan, and also a scan of my testicles and my back and the doctor told me nothing was wrong? This was about 9-10 months ago. Well now, every morning I wake up I'm in so much pain it feels like I can't get out of bed. I feel very achy, and sore. My back starts hurting, and it's just awful. When I'm at work and I'm bending over and I come back up i feel a shortness of breath. Or, If I keep bending over the pain starts aching and burning and I have to take a break. It seems that when I'm laying down, my back starts aching the worst. When I'm standing it seems to go away a little, but I still have the pain. It's just In the lower part of my back right above the buttocks. It's just so severe I can't even get relaxed and sleep. I'm up all night tossing and turning. I'll keep trying to position myself so the pain will go away just for a little, but it comes right back. I'm not sure what to do? I don't have a doctor at the moment. Any advice would gladly help, and be appreciated! Thank you!

I agree about going to see a chiropractor  and get their advice on what you should do next about the pain that you have now.

Before you do anything get examined by a Chiropractor that has Decompression in his practice.  If you are a candidate for the treatment you will likely benefit greatly.  Decompression changed my life and it may help you too.
