2nd MRI results of coccyx.

I had broke my tailbone almost 1 year a half ago. Acctually it was my S4, my Sacrum. I had fallen off a step going to patio, tripped on a bunch of ceramic plants and fell with all my weight on my lower back/bottom. I even hit my head and was out of it. It was the worst pain ever and that severe pain lasted a month straight. Total hell, bed ridden, could only lay on my right side with a pillow in between my legs. I defiantly couldn't lay on my back or my left side b/c I had huge grapefruit size hematoma in my left butt cheek. 3 days after going to the ER and my X-ray and cat scan showed no break. My doctors had me get a MRI. Now the pain of this break was so severe no pain medicine would give me relief @ all. In the ER they gave me diludid and toradol and it didn't touch it. I had 10mg loratab and 350mg soma to take at home and it did nothing. The only thing that gave me some relief was bio-freeze. It's a gel that used to be prescription and no it's OTC. It's way stronger than Ben gay, etc. I also go no relief from the lidocaine patches. So I was living in pure hell. I went to get MRI 3 days later and was crying in the waiting room waiting b/c I couldn't sit or really stand. It was in bearable. Plus I was about to get and MRI of my pelvis and lower back. When I went in for it and had to lay down, I was in excruciating pain! I was screaming crying. The tried to take as much weight as the could off my lower back but it was still excruciating. I cried the first 20 minutes. They buzzed me in and said that I should resheduale. I told them no, and that I had to get it over with so I could find out what's wrong. I gritted my teeth and was straining my face I was in so much pain! But I did it for a whole hour! I found out I fractured my S4 and had a hug hematoma and my L4 and L 5 were out of place. I had got an Appt with a psyatrist... Spelled wrong.... Hes a physical medicine and rehab doctor. He had said that there was no use have surgery to remove the tailbone because it usually never helps. He wanted to do an epidural and SI joint injection. Well I had that done this past March and it was very painful but bearable. I was awake for it b/c I fight the medicine they give you to relax you. I have very high anxiety. After the injections. I had pain and numbers done my left leg that would not go away. It also kept getting worse. I went home and the ride home was horrible, every little bump we hit hurt. I could lay down and relax at home and the pain kept getting way worse. I called the doctor on call and by this point the pain in my back was excruciating! They told me to go to the ER. I went and the ER docs were told to control my pain. I was screaming crying and rocking back and forth. They were shooting me up with morphine the diludid one after the other and no relief at all! Finally they gave me Ativan abs a medrol shot and I got major relief from that. Thank god! It helped for about 2 days. After that went to see my doctor and he ordered me a 2nd MRI with contrast of my pelvis.  I had the MRI done and saw my doctor. He said the MRI showed NY sacrum is showing it's sprained and that he wants me to do 6 weeks of physical therapy not only as treatment but as a test. He also said I gonna be in a lot of pain at first.

Well my question is: I got the radiologist results of my recent MRI and there seem to be other things wrong. I tried looking up some if it but can't get answers to all of it. I was hoping y'all could help interpret it to me! Thanks!

Well this it what it says:  1. Angulation of the coccyx at the first and second segments with mild Anterolisthesis of the first segment in relation to the second. There is mild posterior buldge at the L5-s1 level. The a anterior offset measures at approximately 4 mm.
I live in a lot of pain still in my left side if my tailbone and lower back. I have pain and some numbness in my left leg still. That the side that had the big hematoma and was hurt and damaged the most. I also have pain when I arch my lower back just a little bit. I can't pick up or push big things anymore. When I hold my nephew or any baby my back locks up and I feel like Im gonna collapse in pain. I thought many times I was gonna fall with my nephew when my back locked up in severe pain. Scary! He was only an infant. Why does my lower back still feel so damaged, weak, like it's just gonna break after my injury almost 2 years ago??? Me and my doctor don't know what else to really do for treatment. I refuse any surgery and so does he. I don't understand also why my left side of my tailbone area is still really tender like I just broke it.
