3mm retrolisthesis
Following several months of back and leg pain, I've just had an MRI scan which shows L2/3, L3/4 and L4/5 discs 'dehydrated with reduced disc height', and a 3mm retrolisthesis on L4/5. Combined with disc bulge this retrolisthesis is impinging on the 'lateral recess on the left' and 'slightly displacing the L5 nerve root as it travels towards the neural exit foramen below'. The L5 / S1 disc is well preserved in height and hydration.

What treatments am I likely to be recommended for this?
