A small query about my spine

Hello to who ever reads this,
It has come to to a point where I have become more and more worried about my back. The only problem is that I don't know what the problem is. I have included a picture (of me) showing what my back is like when I bend. I have been to a physiotherapist and he assigned me to do some exercises for two weeks. After the two week, and almost €400 spent I saw absolutely no change in my spine.
If I stand normally/straight and run my finger down my spine in the middle I can feel my spine poking out of my back and it causes a small amout of discomfort. Also when I sit on a chairand I try and sit with a goosd posture I find it impossible due to the fact that my spine is poking out a bit and it rubs on the chair so I have to sit in a different position.
If anyone can help me, I truly thank you and if there is any questions you need to ask, please do no hesitate.

Grossly I could not note a deformity with the posture and without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine if there is a deformity present or its severity. If there are no other symptoms other than the feeling of the spine poking out it may not be anything serious. You may however consult a primary care physician or an orthopedician for a detailed evaluation and appropriate management, if required.
