ACDF revision for non fusion

I had acdf surgery may 19, 2008, have beenexperiencing different levels of pain, numbness, on right side since. depending on activity level. Told my PC at my annual check up,. suggested another MRI, and contact NS. NS agreed.
MRI was inconclusive due to shadow over area of hardware. Had myelogram with CT June 26, 2009. results chronic non union, no hardware other than cage to stabalize the neck so whenever I reach over my head or lift. I suffer from sharp stabbing pains in rt forearm as well as dull ache in my neck rt shoulder and arm. I have been told the only way to fix problem is revision, removing existing cage, try fusionagain, with plates and screws. anyone have this experience? any advise? talking surgery August 19th

Sorry to hear aboout the non-fusion. Did you go with the revision option? How did the revision work out?
