About proper lifting

This is a thought and not a question. People always say lift with your knee's. I think it should be worded lift with your back vertical to the ground. You can still lift with your knee's but still lift improperly if you hunch your cervical spine forward. At least if you lift with your body straight up and down the pressure on your disc is even since your disc is flat.  This is from someone who has cervical disc problems. People don't pay attention to how they lift until something like this happens. We have to teach each other.
