Severe! There, I hope my sarcasm is done for the day! That said, it really is severe. I tor my cartilage in 1991. I still have problems from that injury. I had trouble breathing, bending, basically doing anything. It felt like I was being squeezed in a vise. Muscle spasms were also present in my cae.
Do you think you tore yours? How did this happen? Have you seen a dr? Please shae more information, and hopefully I could help you more fully. This is a very painful problem, with long term possible effects if not treated properly. Please post more. Here for you, and hoping I can be of some help.
