Anybody heard of Maines Syndrome?

Hello - I was recently in an accident (hit by a vehicle while walking through a crosswalk).  I have been experiencing pain in the following areas... C4, T1 and SI joint.  I am in pain when I sit for an extended period and experience pain/tingling in the right side of my face...down my back, in the hip/buttock and down my leg.  My physical therapist mentioned today that he thinks it could be Maines syndrome.  Has anyone heard of it... I'm looking everywhere for information
