Anyone can help me figure this out (old injury)?

So some years ago I suffered from a spinal injury (mild, I guess)...

I was waking up early in the morning and stretched my neck/back by placing my hands behind my head and simultaneously pushed both (head and hands) towards each other with some force.
As a result there was a pop-like sound and feeling around T3-T4 (-ish) level of my spine. I had severe pain and I couldn't move or hold my head up and had what felt like cramps/spasms in my neck and that upper part of my back.
In about a month or bit more I recovered enough to be able to hold my own head up and walk around as it was impossible due to pain that flared up by even tiniest move and mostly even without any movement at all as the pain was excrutiating.
I couldn't see a doctor because of my financial situation and also because for the most part I wasn't even able to walk due to pain and for a long time I could only hold up my head in a tilted-to-side fashion otherwise any other position caused terrible pain.

Over the years there has been some moments when a sudden movement of my head caused a flare up. Like feeling of a snapped string that just hurts in a way but not as much as bad as it once was. And mostly occurs in neck area. But it's been a recurring event from time to time and didn't last longer than a day or two.
Sometimes there is a muscle cramp from turning or pushing my head against something which passes quickly (but still feels unexplainable to me).

However what pokes my curiousity is the tenderness/ticklishness in general area of the right side of my body especially on the spot on my spine (around T4-T5 ish).
When I touch that spot and lightly push I can feel tenderness. And if I keep touching/pushing on the right side just next to it it also feels tender but when I lighten my touch and move it up or to the same right side I feel tickle all over my skin and if it is strong feel I also feel it spiking through the whole right side of my head (mostly back of my head and behind ear).
The feeling when it gets to my head is quite sharp and shooting-like. Electric as I call it. I first notices few years back when I was putting a speaker next to my right ear and it basically felt like tiny vibrations from the loud music coming out of my phone's speaker caused electric tickling through my head. But it only ever happened on my right side and any tiny touch that makes you tickle can spike it up.

It may just as well be unrelated but it still bugs me.

I have even checked and compared the sensitivity level on both sides of my spine and came to conclusion that my right side is generally much more sensitive and tender to touch than my left side (and it feels especially ticklish by that).

So if anyone can give me ideas or something else aside that I shall ask doctor about this I'd be happy. If I could ask a doctor about this I'd do. Obviously I still cannot really ask so I come here in hopes somebody might spark an idea or at least whether I actually should feel scared enough to consider seeking medical assistance.
