BACK PAIN IN EARLY MORNING HOURS

Hi,

I am 27 years old and I am having severe back pain from past 1 month in th early morning hours. It emerges around 5-6 hours of sleep and I had to get up actually due to that pain as it pains a lot in back. I never experienced any back pain and I regularly visit gym and i stay active due to that. I have tried diffferent sleeping postures , changed my bed also, applied pain relief ointments bt no relief. Mine is a chair job and i ride motorbike too. But I do not think it effects this as I never feel any pain the entire day. Its only after 5 hours of sleeping in bed. Can any one help or suggest?

I had the same problem for about 6 years. It is related to tight hip flexors (psoas, illiacus and hamstrings)

After trying many things, I started this exercise program about 2 months ago and my pain is gone

Hope this works for you. Good luck!

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your pain. Possibilities that may need to be considered include postural issues, muscle sprain, inflammations, spinal issues, structural causes, nerve impingement, injuries etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Meanwhile you could try rest and OTC NSAIDS for relief.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
